Health and safety laws apply to all businesses, however small; also to the self-employed and to employees.
All companies in South Africa are subject to a variety of legal requirements regarding Health and Safety Training in the workplace. Such legal requirements include the Occupational Health and Safety Act to name just one. Keeping up with the current regulations and ensuring compliance can be difficult and confusing to some companies.
Our E-Learning course has been designed as a blended learning of self study and classroom sessions.
